Charting Health for Young Women
Charting Health for Young Women is an online Mother/Daughter course. In a 6-week format but can be customized for mothers to guide their daughters through puberty, adolescence and womanhood. For Young Women (ages 9-15).
As young women begin charting their health on a simple chart, this will not be the
full Creighton Model System and is not to be used for Family Planning.
The Charting Health course will be a great transition to the full Creighton Model Charting System at the age of 16.
