​Kari, her husband Aaron and their 3 children live in Twin Cities, MN Kari graduated,  from Simpson University in Redding, CA with a degree in Cross Cultural Studies. After searching for a NFP method that is effective in all reproductive categories, Kari learned about Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System through a FertilityCare Seminar presented by a NaPro Medical Consultant. She began training and opened Orange City FertilityCare Center in October of 2012. Completed the Creighton Model FertilityCare™ Practitioner Program at Pope Paul VI Institute for Human Reproduction in Omaha, NE in 2013. She is certified as a FertilityCare Practitioner by the American Academy of FertilityCare Professionals (AAFCP).  “The Creighton Model can be used by women of all backgrounds who desire to understand, monitor and honor their fertility and gynecological health.” In 2020, the center changed its name to Ashwood FertilityCare™ Center as the area of service has grown.

Kari is also a Certified Labor Doula throughChildbirth International and has attended more than 40 births!

She founded Guiding Star Orange City in 2016 to build a space where women could be celebrated, educated and supported to understand, embrace and love their natural bodies. She now serves as the National Coordinator for the Guiding Star Cycle Show teaching 9-12 year old girls across the country that they have made good and that "I can only protect what I value and respect"

2020 brought the launch of "Charting Health for Young Women" online course for Mothers and Daughters. 

2023 Kari began working full time for Praying Pelican Missions based in the Twin Cities, MN. Kari still enjoys empowering women/families about healthy lifestyles where ever and whenever the need arises.

Lisa, her husband, and their 3 children live in a small town outside of Sioux City, IA. She graduated from Grand View University in Des Moines, IA with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree. Once engaged, Lisa and her husband wanted to use NFP and found Mercy FertilityCare Services in Sioux City. The practitioners there taught the Creighton Model FertilityCare System. Intrigued by the Creighton Model’s versatility in how women could monitor their fertility despite an inconsistent lifestyle and cycles, along with the medical component of NaProTechnology, Lisa began training and completed the Creighton Model FertilityCare Practitioner Program at the Saint Paul VI Institute for Human Reproduction in Omaha, NE in 2008.  After teaching clients at Mercy FertilityCare Services since the beginning of her training, Lisa became the Director of the center in 2012. In the summer of 2018, the center’s name changed to Life FertilityCare Services and moved to Mary’s Choice Pregnancy Resource Center in Sioux City.  Lisa is excited to now be an Affiliate of Ashwood FertilityCare Center to continue empowering women and couples about their fertility and health. She is certified by the American Academy of FertilityCare Professionals (AAFCP) as a FertilityCare Practitioner.

Melissa Rupp, DC, FCP

​Melissa lives in Hartley, Iowa with her husband John and daughter Willa. She graduated from University of Sioux Falls with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2005 and from Northwestern Health Sciences University with a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in 2008. She currently owns Align Chiropractic PC in Sanborn, Iowa. The Rupps started to use Creighton Model in 2016 with Kari Beadner, CFCP following years of struggles with fertility as well as Melissa’s personal struggles with her feminine health. This program changed everything for them and gave Melissa her life back. She wants to be able to help other women and girls understand their bodies and give them a Wholistic way of treating their fertility.

Elizabeth resides in Sioux City, IA with her husband Mark and daughters Isabel, Abigail and Liesel. Mark and Elizabeth have been Creighton Model users throughout their marriage. When there was a need for more practitioners in her area Elizabeth felt her calling to be the next FertilityCare Practitioner for Sioux City.  In 2017 she completed her training as a FertilityCare Practitioner for the Creighton Model FertilityCare System through the St. PPVI Institute for Human Reproduction. Elizabeth works as a full time Physician Assistant in the Urgent Care at the Siouxland Community Health Center and teaches clients in her off time. She does not practice medicine as an FCP but she can refer her clients to any of the excellent NaPro trained providers in the area if needed.

Suzanne lives in Madrid, IA with her husband TJ and her two daughters. She attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and attended Clarkson College in Omaha, NE to obtain her Physical Therapist Assistant degree. She has been working in the therapy field for 8 years.
Suzanne and her husband have been using the Creighton Model of charting for general gynecological health and spacing of children for the last few years.
She initially sought out the Creighton Model as a wholistic means for family planning. As she dug deeper into her faith, she found that the Creighton Model aligns with the values of the Church, including the respect for life, dignity of women, and full beauty of marriage.
She decided to pursue an education as a Creighton Model Practitioner after her Practitioner, Kajda Downs moved.
Suzanne completed the Creighton Model Practitioner Education program through St. Paul the VI Institute in 2023.
Suzanne provides women with the knowledge of the beautiful design of their bodies and appreciation of their fertility.

Trisha lives in Sioux Center, Iowa with her husband David and two sons, Parker and Aiden. She graduated from Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology-Health Professionals and Business Administration. She currently works as a Project Manager for a company that provides animal models and services for biomedical research and development. Trisha has been in this field for over 10 years. The Smits started to use Creighton Model in 2014 with Kari Beadner, CFCP following a recommendation from a family physician. The Creighton Model has taught them how to track Trisha's natural cycle. It helped to identify fertility issues prior to starting a family, identify hormone supplementation, and to match hormone production with appropriate foods and exercise. In addition, Trisha is SYNC certified coach that can help women align their menstrual cycles with proper nutrition and exercise so they will feel empowered to make decisions regarding fertility and hormone regulation to support their emotional and physical health.
