Creighton Model FertilityCare SystemBased upon the knowledge and understanding of the naturally-occurring phases of a woman's fertility and infertility. CrMS relies upon the standardized observation and charting of biological markers that are essential to a woman's gynecological and reproductive health. Now, a woman can know her cycles and use this information for the maintenance of her health. Further, couples can use this knowledge to plan their family and build their future together.

Charting Health for Young WomenCharting Health for Young Women is an online Mother/Daughter course. In a 6-week format but can be customized for mothers to guide their daughters through puberty, adolescence and womanhood. For Young Women (ages 9-15).
As young women begin charting their health on a simple chart, this will not be the full Creighton Model System and is not to be used for Family Planning. The Charting Health course will be a great transition to the full Creighton Model Charting System at the age of 16. |
Guiding Star Cycle ShowThe Guiding Star Project has partnered with My Fertility Matters - project of Germany to present the Guiding Star Cycle Show for girls 10-13 years old. This 5-hour multimedia workshop allows young women to use all of their senses as they emotionally connect with the amazing changes happening within her body. The Parent Presentation is available to support parents in this important transition and education of puberty with their daughters.
